"There are so many realtors here in AZ but I would not deal with ANYONE but Todd Simpson (I'm not someone that posts reviews and I had my RE license in another state so I'm familiar with the process). He is completely on top of what is happening in the market, all available properties, up & coming properties and areas in development, etc. I knew what I wanted and was ready to buy - but he didn't just close me on anything I liked, he cared enough to tell me when he didn't believe it was the right move (looking deeply into the numbers). That's what a brilliant and caring business person/realtor does with customers - directs them to the best deal for the long run - not just take a quick commission. I walked from a couple of places after discussing it with him and thank goodness he advised me against them! I ended up with THE PERFECT home!! Everything I wanted and more and I actually spent less!! I can truly say it was all because of Todd. He went out of his way to help me in so many other ways. He's an honest, very intelligent, extremely experienced realtor as well as a kind and considerate person that does the right thing by all (rare in this business). I can't say enough! (Oh, wait....and a great sense of humor too!). I didn't know Todd before this and I would never consider anyone else!"
